in an occasional twist of fate, im busy on the 4th when i’d usually be broadcasting – so the zeppelin’s coming early (fnarr fnarr). a couple of tidbits of information.

• Rollergames and the Lotus eaters both end tonight
• after the last Rollergames, there’s a runthrough of some programme that’s in development. i shouldn’t really be showing it, but it can be considered a warning from the future. it’s going to be a hate-watch for me after i sat through it in a focus group. if you happen to be part of the organisation i did this for, this is a sign to better encrypt the videos you ask for feedback on. and just because taskmaster is a success doesn’t mean you can shoehorn this bunch of fuckers into a pale imitation of the format and get away with it.
• after the schedule the bonus gig is from the lockdown era. it was filmed on the bar’s CCTV with one microphone in the middle of a sparse gig room. the PA sound was fed directly into the social distance observing bar next door. i hope to be doing a proper recording of the band at somepoint in the future, cause they were great.
