alright folks, here we go – now over the lat few weeks we have over the course of the night made up between 18 and 29 minutes through ad breaks and cut credits etc – so if there’s something specific you’re coming in for allow 5 minutes for each programme before it in the listings.
- 1900 (bus home permitting) – Play for Tomorrow “shades”
- 2000 – Revolver
- 2030 – 1990 episode 6
- 2130 – Wellington Paranormal (episode 6 – season finale)
- 2200 – Urban Gothic “Necromance”
- 2230 – Puppets Who Kill episode 3
- 2300 – Jupiter Moon episodes 56 ->60
There is one decision i’m going to leave up to you – next week we need something to fill the wellington paranormal slot while im awaiting a chance to acquire series 2. there are four options for this one
Housos/Fat Pizza/ Swift and Shift Couriers (i’ve got enough of these to run til the end of time, australian comedy, daft, fairly offensive, based around various guises of Pauly Fenech, Elle Dawe and Angry Anderson – usually playing some form of bogan/drunken cop hating lunatics, bikers, bums etc. low brow but bloody hilarious.
Fugget about it – Canadian animated comedy about a mobster on witness protection after ratting out his gaffer to the police. low brow, but bloody hilarious
Short Poppies – NZ fly on the wall mockumentary following various different characters a bit like people like us but with a higher budget. fairly recent, sometimes absurd humour
Danger 5 – spoof of 1960s espionage/special force drama where the team foil various nazi plots with the main directive being “kill hitler”- very silly, very funny
let me know in the comments below
I enjoyed it when you played Housos so I’m going to vote for that Damo. 🙂
I wouldn’t mind giving Short Poppies a go.
