In possibly the worst barrel-scraping sequel to ever hit CaB TV screens, Edward Furlong emerges from a drug-induced stupor for just long enough to play the titular Crow. Paroled after doing a stretch for killing a real bad man, Jimmy Cuervo returns to his sordid grief hole to live with his faithful dog Wolfie. He plans to start a new life with his girlfriend Lily, but the local satanic cult, headed by the evil El Niño (Dennis Hopper), have other ideas. Also featuring David Boreanaz, Tara Reid and Danny Trejo.
