In possibly the worst barrel-scraping sequel to ever hit CaB TV screens, Edward Furlong emerges from a drug-induced stupor for just long enough to play the titular Crow. Paroled after doing a stretch for killing a real bad man, Jimmy Cuervo returns to his sordid grief hole to live with his faithful dog Wolfie. He plans to start a new life with his girlfriend Lily, but the local satanic cult, headed by the evil El Niño (Dennis Hopper), have other ideas.
