Flouncer’s Thursday Throwback (07.05.20)

This week’s throwback features some 1980s schools programming, and some mid nineties CBBC fare before moving on to our usual programmes. Data’s brother Lore makes his first appearance in Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Louis enters the world of black nationalism in this week’s Weird Weekends. Tonight’s film is Blade (1998), in which Wesley Snipes stars as a human/vampire hybrid who, along with his friend and mentor Whistler (played by Kris Kristofferson), fights against an underground vampire subculture with plans to enslave the human race.
