Chucklevision series 2 comes to an end tonight. Next week a random series of “runaround” will take its place. The Groovy Fellers has been replaced with DAAS Kapital (i might have shown the odd episode of this as a bonus at some point, but the series will now run in full in this slot. Australian troubadors the Doug Anthony All-Stars are stranded on some kind of vessel either in space or underwater or both. i can’t really remember. its basically a vehicle for sketches and songs from them, Bob Downe and a few other folk with a loose overall narrative. interesting little distraction if nothing else.

Battlebots moves into its knockout stages tonight, and Australian Gladiators moves into its quarter finals. all being well, when they expire, Bad Lads Army and Deadliest Warrior will take their place respectively
