Funbucket 34 (20.03.20)

Howdy ho quarrantinos! I’ve decided to do another themed season, this time featuring films from the year 1993. This is going to be a nostalgia trip for me – these are classic films from my childhood, a couple of which I can remember going to see at the cinema. Others I watched on VHS, at home or in the primary school AV room! This week’s films are Addams Family Values and the seminal Jurassic Park. We’ve also got Quantocking, the series 3 finale of Peep Show, capping off the TV comedy block.

OTHTV – 16/3/20 ITS BACK…

ahh, you lot know the drill by now – – if Flouncer is doing his retro thaaaang then i’ll be along later with civil wars (knights of god) tales from the maverick club (gangsters – series 2, episode 1 – where it all starts to get a wee bit weird) the continuing spiral of kiwi unfortunates (fresh eggs) low budget but well put together tongue in cheek horror (urban gothic – sum of the parts – this one has one of my favourite ever scenes in it) the continuation of the supposed redemption of a corporate fraudster – even though he’s a hard wired bellpipe (living in your car). the random pilot however, are gone for now. gonna keep things under wraps until series ends. the last pogram broadcast will be the first of BSB’s attempt at making a soap opera. in true BSB fashion though they just couldn’t have a story about people who lived close to each other. nah. remember, these are the fuckers who invented the squarial. they had to put their own stamp on it, so their flagship soap opera was in fucking space. Jupiter moon episode 1 closes out OTH on monday night.

*if Flouncer’s retro slot isn’t airing i might start a bit earlier with either some music,…
