There’s something of a special edition of Meatball TV today. I’ve decided to demonstrate the power of editing, that is to say just how much of a difference an edit here and an edit there can make within a final presentation of a film. In order to demonstrate this, I shall be playing my fan edit of the Kevin Smith film Tusk, which transforms the film into a two hander short film, with numerous soundtrack changes and cuts to the general narrative. This will then be followed by a commentary explaining the changes which have been made and the thought processes behind them.
