Thursday Throwback (10.09.20)

As usual we start off with some Schools programming, with a focus on science and social skills. More Thomas and Tugs follow, then Joel finds himself in a sticky situation in Neighbours.

This week’s Throwback features the premiere of Star Trek: The Next Generation season 2. In the evening block, we go on a quest for knowledge in an episode of Tomorrow’s World from 1999, then Louis enters the domain of washed-up actors in Weird Weekends.

The centerpiece of this week’s show is Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s sci-fi film Doppelgänger (1969), also known as Journey to the Far Side of the Sun. This will be followed by the second episode of computing magazine programme Micro Live, and a closedown.
