This Friday, we conclude our two-day frightfest with more terrifying TV and fearful films. More gaming and music will start off the show, followed by the chilling conclusion of The Langoliers. At 7.30 we will watch the infamous Ghostwatch broadcast, which terrified BBC1 viewers back in 1992. Our two films tonight will be the 80s classic The Lost Boys (1987), followed by another Argento giallo classic, Tenebrae (1982), soundtracked by legendary Italian proggers Goblin.

As the 31st starts to loom closer, CaB TV aims to turn its viewers into scaredy cat shit-yer-pants turnips with some truly beastly broadcasts. Dare you enter the house of horrors?

Starting off at 4pm with some themed gaming and music, we then move onto part one of The Langoliers, an adaptation of the great Steven King novella from the anthology Four Past Midnight. The concluding part will be shown on Friday. After some seasonal childrens programming, Alice Cooper presents a 1989 Headbangers Ball special. The first half of our dreadful double bill is a cornerstone of the horror genre – The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974). Our finale will be the Dario Argento giallo film Inferno (1980). The sequel to Suspiria (1977) and second film in Argento’s Three Mothers trilogy, this classic horror features a soundtrack by Keith Emerson of ELP.

Allo folks – apologies for last week. To be honest I’m not massively in the best of places at the moment, but I’m going to put something out tonight nonetheless – it’s Halloween week, so what I’m going to do is load up all the episodes of the evil touch and urban gothic (apart from the two parter) and any other random horror based anthology gubbins I have into VLC and hit shuffle between 7pm and about 11.30.

Normal service will resume next week (and I might even kick off early because I’m off on Monday the second)

Before Phil’s show today, I’m going to do another procedurals afternoon. I just fancy watching these; I’m really not bothered if nobody turns up!
